We ship most orders within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

You may calculate the cost of shipping by adding an item to your cart and using the shipping calculator located at the bottom of the page. You will need to select your country and enter your zip or postal code. For the United States, you must also select your state.

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50 to the U.S.A. Under $50 we offer a flat $5.95 shipping rate to the entire U.S.A. This free shipping offer is after any discount or coupon codes.

For example,

  • Order total before shipping and coupons is $56.42
  • add 20% off code
  • savings of $11.28
  • order subtotal is now 45.14, and we will add shipping charges.

International Customers: Please note that the cost of international shipping is very high and difficult to calculate on a website. First, we encourage you to check our distributor's page for a distributor located near you. Second, we do our best to provide flat-rate shipping around the world. However, if you contact us we are happy to generate a quote specifically for you. In generating this quote, we can check several shipping options allowing you to choose the speed at which you receive your package. 


Return Policy

We are a B-Corp that wants you to love our products as much as we do. We want you to love our products as much as we do. Each one is made in our own Wimberley, Texas warehouse.

For new customers & new product orders: We promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase with the receipt and we will refund your money plus shipping! It's that simple.

You may return most new, unopened items (safety seal intact) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns must include receipt or date of purchase and order number. Returns for defective items must include unused portion and reason for return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If we have made a mistake you must notify us within 7 days of the date of delivery and we will be more than happy to correct our mistake. Contact us and we will provide details of how to proceed. After 7 days we will assume the order was received correctly and it will stand as is.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If there has been any damage to the item(s) in your order you must notify us within 7 days of the date of delivery. Contact us and we will provide details of how to proceed.
