Our sunscreen good enough for humans, environment and animals.  The FDA approved sunscreen agent in this product is the non-nano zinc oxide. However, every ingredient used in this formulation is considered a sunscreen. One ingredient, Red Raspberry Seed oil (Rubus idaeus) is known to contain a high level of EFA's (essential fatty acids) which research shows to be connected with reduction of the effects of oxidative stress in the body. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties. It may also act as a broad spectrum UVA and UVB shield. Of course, this statement has not been approved by the FDA.

Let’s talk about Red Raspberry Seed oil (Rubus idaeus).  It contains a high level of Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s) which research shows to be a strong antioxidant for the skin. Recent skin cancer research indicates that American’s have a wildly imbalanced fatty acid ratio in their diet, and this imbalance creates a photo-toxic environment on the skin. Which means that when you go out in the sun the rate of cell damage increases. It is also very important to eat foods and take supplements rich in omega 3’s.  Red Raspberry Seed oil has also been shown to exhibit anti-inflammatory properties.  That said, the above statement has not been approved by the FDA.
